PROCEDURE TO MAKE A PURCHASE:

  • Step 1 – Place order on the website/online store.
  • Step 2 – Once received, a response will be sent to you via WhatsApp from (868) 683-1501, with instructions and the Banking details.

FULL PAYMENT must be made.

  • Step 3 – WhatsApp the Online Transfer Receipt/Direct deposit receipt to (868) 683-1501.

NOTE: We must ensure that your payment is received before delivery as people have sent bogus online receipts in the past. So allow a minimum of 5 working days to pass before we forward your package.

  • Step 4 – Once the payment has been transferred online and cleared, a follow up message will be sent to you to collect your package at the location you selected.
  • Step 5 – You must collect your package within 14 days.

Pay Conveniently Via

Bank Transfer – You can pay via bank transfer. We will provide the payment details after receiving your order through the email or phone number listed in your billing details. To expedite processing, please upload your bank transfer receipt or payment confirmation (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP).

Credit Card Payments (via PayWise)

We accept credit card payments securely through PayWise. This option allows you to complete your purchase using Visa or MasterCard, whether locally or internationally issued. Your transaction is encrypted and processed securely. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll proceed with preparing your order for delivery or pickup.

NOTE: Some banks may automatically block the transaction the first time you use this gateway as a security precaution. If your payment is declined or fails, please contact your bank or card provider and confirm that the transaction is not fraudulent. Let them know the payment was made to MILA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, our authorized payment processor.

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery throughout Trinidad (Only) via CSF Couriers Limited!
Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your package will be scheduled for delivery within 3–5 working days.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Our delivery team, together with CSF Couriers, will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the delivery time.

Pick-Up Locations – Orders can be collected from one of the following locations:
