This Online Store is dedicated to my husband Dr. Ashmead J. Ali whose integrity, courage and strength has taught me that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

This venture is dedicated in loving memory of my deceased parents, Haji Ralph D. Khan & Hajjin Jennifer Khan who were my heart and soul. They taught me about hard work, commitment, honesty, kindness, love and the importance of giving back.

I must make mention of my brother, Haji Imran S. Khan who always inspires me to do better and to be better. He is my ‘superhero.’

My father always said that, “our aim is not to be the biggest but the best in quality service.”

I have always tried to maintain this philosophy in business.

I must mention my dear friend Mrs. Ferisha Mohammed-Williams because she always believed in me, no matter what.  Her journey in life has been exceptional.  She encouraged me to believe in my dreams, myself and to make this dream a reality.

I cannot forget my dear friend Mrs. Nazma Mohammed-Dhanraj whose courage, passion, kindness and strength has also led me to ‘take the plunge’ as they say. She always says, “do you.”

I wish to highlight some of our talented and creative self-employed female individuals throughout our twin island Republic. These individuals are:

  1. SAF’S DESIGNS (Safiyyah A. Assin).

Her personalized hand-crafted gifts are just out of this world!!!  They include greeting cards, gift bags, pens, bookmarks, key chains, manufactured items via 3D printing etc.

EVERY DESIGN SHE CREATES IS “ONE OF A KIND!” There are no duplicates, only one design per piece. She is extremely creative and talented. Never disappoints.

  1. KAT DESIGNZ (Kelly Ann Traboulay) sells handcrafted items such as phone holders, tote bags, tumblers, mugs, coaster sets, paintings, keepsake boxes etc. Each item features original designs created by her. She is very talented.

When I first started out with Avon in 2009, my dearest mother-in-law Hajjin Amiran Ali (may God have mercy on her soul) was very instrumental in ‘getting the word out,’ together with my sister-in-law Miss Jenifer Ali.  “Ma’ as I fondly called her was “a boss in sales.” She could sell anything! These two individuals always supported and assisted me. I am forever grateful to them.
